So, here's the finished product for yonder interested parties.
BIG CONCLUSION: I'm not the only one who's crazy!
...Uh, I mean, yeah, people are definitely doing it. Speaking lolcat and chatspeak out loud, anyway.
More narrowed conclusion: Mostly young women who spend 20+ hours on the internet a week and who are somewhat familiar with the interwebs.
Surprising conclusion! Some of the people who speak in lolspeak don't actually use it in writing. I mean, I knew I was in this category, but I didn't expect it would be a repeated occurence.
Second surprising conclusion: Apparently my socioling prof thinks I could get this published! At least, as of the time of my draft. We'll see what he says about the finished product.
