Kyaha, still managing to put off the essay, and time is ticking down! XD

I did manage to get a bit of research done for it today - and plan to do more later, when I feel more in a researchy mood, and then draw up a good outline to complement what I've got already. It should hopefully make the overall writing go faster, if I don't have to grasp for ideas out of thin air.
I did manage to get most of my calculus homework done, though - only stuff left to do is about hyperbolic trig functions, and I haven't learned about them ever; thusly, waiting for tomorrow's lecture to explain them.
I just wish that my discrete math prof. would tell us whether or not we have the proof of the binomial theorem due Thursday! XDDD We don't have class 'til then, so I'm stuck between trying to decide whether I should scribble something up quickly, or wait 'til we get word on it...
Hopefully the guys will know tomorrow, anywhoo.

...Gods, that's weird, that I can refer to all of my collective friends at school as 'the guys', and not be making gender-switching-like comments! ^^;;;

I've found things a little stranger this year than normal - in respect to the natural world, anywhoo. I do tend to keep track of things like that, being who I am and all - and this year, so far, has been one of extremes. Vancouver, rainiest place in Canada, had almost NO rainfall over the summer, and nothing but sunshine and heat waves. Now, it's dropping colder than it usually does, we're supposed to get more snow this year than many years (which is good! I can't survive without snow in the winter), and we're all of a sudden having flashes of the Aurora within the city limits because of gigantic solar flares.
Add to that a solar eclipse that was visible in this area in the past year - and the lunar one on the weekend - and, well... That's half of the elements that have been overacting.
Hopefully the other half won't, too. I can't see good things occuring for earth or wind to be suddenly flaring up... ^^;

Anywhoo, the next wonderous thing happens on the 19th - peak o' the Leonid meteor showers. I'll have to stay out late that night and watch... ^^ I do so like shooting stars.

Like a shooting star, across the midnight sky,
Wherever you are, you're gonna see me fly...
