Is your character named after the summoner in FFIV or a different Rydia? Or just a name you liked and picked and has nothing to do with other Rydias?

She's probably indirectly named after FFIV Rydia.

She's directly named after an old Dragonriders of Pern RP character of mine, whose name was probably slightly influenced by the game, but to be honest, I don't even remember any more. She's like ten years old or some shit now.
