Yeah, so I haven't updated this in two months; I think that's longer than my last hiatus.

Alright, alright, so it's been kinda a bumpy two months - almost got kicked outta me place o' residence a couple of times, went through an exhausting job hunt (because of yonder threats), found a job (because of younder job hunt), la-di-da.
Yeah, the donut place is out; they were stupid, overhired, and pretty much ignored all the people who've been there since the beginning of the store's existence. I was pissed off at one point, but it's kinda been put behind me.
Now I'm high-class service personnel. XD
I now work for a catering company, uncorking wine bottles and complimenting brides and removing dishes from tables and washing said dishes.
It's only one night a week, but it pays fairly well... And it's not too bad, all told.
Although mother-dear is grumbling that I should be finding another job already to supplement the amount of hours...
It never ends, I tell ya.
Annette is here (YAY!) (here meaning Vancouver), been here since the beginning of the month, and will be here until the fourth week of it. We've been out shopping more times than I normally go in a month, and probably aren't done yet - I still need to find most of Rena's costume.
Yes, we're going to Anime Evolution, and are cosplaying as characters from the Dawnrose Matrix RP. XD She's Jen-Ting the medic, I'm Rena the optimistic cheery knives-and-explosives-lover, and I haven't discovered who exactly Judy's being yet.
Must get hooker boots. *nod*
I haven't seen Trav nearly as much as I should've lately. T.T He needs to stop going away.
The roleplays have all managed to get rightly convulated - I'm having much fun with Fenariel and Raela (daughter of dragonrider-Ry, many-times-removed descendent of Rena-of-another-dimension) at Elthrai, kitsune-Daelin finally managed to gather everyone together and break the curse of Valleeca, and kitsune-Rydia's about the same as ever.
I do have a new character, Allegra, who's managed to get herself into a very strange situation today... The poor dear was once rich, was sold into slavery by her brother, and was selected from the pens by the male half of a married pair of swingers (the female half chose a feline lad who's pretty much Allegra's age and stature, but has been livin' on the streets since forever). The situation, so far, seems to be one where much hilarity could develop OOCly, and the characters themselves... Well, I fear for them. XD

(Or it could just be Trav's fault, since he's the sysadmin. I know the frontpage one is his doing, but the others...)
And that's about it, I think. Two months condensed into however many lines this is. Yay!
