Sorry, guys. Facts of life. People are assholes, and the book was leaked.

If you do not want to read spoilers, then you should close your browser windows immediately and unplug your modem, stat. You should remain unconnected until you get the book, which is probably the 21st for most of you. A week isn't that much of a stretch, is it?

Me, I don't care quite enough, because spoilers are dumb and the book itself will be loads better. If I get spoiled, I get spoiled. I think the BRPS post is prob'ly fake anywhoo.

Yeah, serious. Or just stick to your flist (if it's grouped)... It's sucky that people are dicks but remember kids, only YOU can prevent being spoil--*is shot*

Yeah even my friends-friends. I had at least 5 posts all in a row going "HAI GAIZ THESE ARE HP SPOILERS"

Well, I group mine by friends, comms, rp, etc, so I'm just not checking the comms one mostly so I think I am safe for now!

I shouldn't have to turn off the internet just because somebody decided to be an asshole and ruin the book for everyone else. I mean, I wouldn't even be as mad about it if the book was legally available, because then I could say it's on me for not reading it yet. But I'm not reading an illegal copy just to avoid getting the book spoiled because people have decided to be assholes and shove who dies in our faces.

I've managed to avoid it so far but I'm really mad that I have to tiptoe around my own friends list just to keep avoiding it.

You shouldn't have to, but if you want to have no chance at seeing spoilers, it's what you'll have to do. People are assholes and all, heh.
